VIMS Legal
Last updated: April 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how VIMS by DULOFT collects, uses, stores, and protects information processed through the platform during estate administration, visitor management, and related operations.
Depending on how the platform is used, VIMS may process account information, resident records, visitor details, security personnel details, contact information, and operational activity needed to provide the service.
We use platform data to provide the service, support estate onboarding, improve product performance, deliver notifications, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal or contractual obligations.
Estate administrators remain responsible for ensuring that the information they collect through VIMS is handled in accordance with applicable privacy, employment, and communications laws.
We may rely on trusted third-party providers for infrastructure, messaging, file storage, authentication, and payments. Those providers process data only as needed to support the platform and their own applicable terms.
Data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations, unless a different retention period is required by law.
We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Users must also protect their credentials and manage access carefully.
Estate administrators may update account information within the platform. Requests concerning correction, deletion, or export of data may be handled subject to legal requirements, account status, and operational constraints.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means the updated policy will apply.
For privacy questions or requests, contact the VIMS team through the official DULOFT support contact associated with your account or onboarding process.
