Terms of Service

Last updated: April 6, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of VIMS by DULOFT. By registering an estate account or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the estate or organization you represent.

1. Eligibility and authority

You may only use VIMS if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and you have authority to act for the estate, property manager, residents association, or other organization creating the account.

2. Service scope

VIMS provides tools for visitor management, resident records, security workflows, onboarding, notifications, and related estate administration features. We may improve, update, or refine the platform over time.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, assigning access appropriately, and ensuring that the information entered into the platform is accurate, lawful, and up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with system operations, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, or use VIMS in a way that violates applicable law, privacy rights, or the safety of residents and visitors.

5. Data and privacy

You retain responsibility for the personal data you collect and manage through VIMS. You must obtain any notices, consents, or permissions required by applicable law. Our handling of platform data is described further in the Privacy Policy.

6. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to the selected package. Where third-party payment gateways are used, payment processing is subject to that provider's terms and availability. Access to paid features may depend on successful payment confirmation.

7. Availability

We aim to keep VIMS available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or events outside our control may affect availability from time to time.

8. Intellectual property

VIMS, including its software, branding, content structure, and related materials, remains the property of DULOFT or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited right to use the service, not ownership of it.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, address misuse, or respond to unpaid subscriptions. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIMS is provided on an as-available basis. DULOFT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

12. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact the VIMS team through your normal DULOFT support channel or the official business contact provided during onboarding.
